Island Koala is an AI-powered language learning platform that provides immersive conversations, real-time feedback, and personalized learning experiences to help users master new languages.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Free and Premium Plans

  • Free plan: limited access to basic features and conversation practice.
  • Premium plan: a one-time purchase for lifetime access to unlimited conversations, advanced feedback, personalized learning paths, and all future features.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your conversation history and learning data. We do not claim ownership of your personal learning content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

The Island Koala platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Loïs Talagrand. All rights reserved.

We continuously improve and update the platform, which may include adding new features, modifying existing ones, or discontinuing certain features. While we strive to maintain and improve the core experience, purchasing a plan does not guarantee that every specific feature available at the time of purchase will remain unchanged indefinitely. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to our users.
