All purchases of Island Koala Premium are final and non-refundable.

Unlike subscription services that charge you monthly, Island Koala is a single, one-time payment for lifetime access. There are no recurring charges, no annual renewals, and no surprise fees. You pay once and own it forever.

3. Digital Product

As a digital product with instant access, the full service is delivered immediately upon purchase. There is no physical product to return.

4. Ongoing Costs

Each conversation and feedback request uses advanced AI services that incur real costs on our end. A refund after significant usage would mean absorbing those costs.
