No Refunds

All purchases of Island Gorilla Premium are final and non-refundable.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

1. You Can Try Before You Buy

We offer a generous free tier so you can fully evaluate the platform before making a purchase. With the free plan, you can:

• Import up to 3 content pieces
• Look up 50 words per month
• Track your vocabulary and progress

This gives you a thorough understanding of how the platform works and whether it fits your learning style.

2. It's a One-Time Payment

Unlike subscription services that charge you monthly, Island Gorilla is a single, one-time payment starting at $99 for lifetime access. There are no recurring charges, no annual renewals, and no surprise fees. You pay once and own it forever.

3. Digital Product

As a digital product with instant access, the full service is delivered immediately upon purchase. There is no physical product to return.

4. Ongoing Costs

Each word lookup, translation, and text-to-speech request uses AI services that incur real costs on our end. A refund after significant usage would mean absorbing those costs.
